Not really a “moment” per se, but rather the point that a series like this is out there at all. First of all, there are more women on that team than there are men - currently four and a half women/girls (counting Xavin) and two and a half men/boys (again: Xavin).

And second of all, the traditionally male roles of the leader and the muscle are both given to women/girls: Nico (team leader) and Molly (muscle).

I’m so glad Runaways got mentioned fairly swiftly. I love that series. It was one of my *click* moments for comics. Gert remains one of my most adored characters ever - smart, funny, fat, and flipping fabulous. And sadly she remains a rarity.
