Oh. OH. The more I look at this, the more I love it. It’s essentially a really simple form, a shape that is then battered and broken and bubbling like cake mixture exploding from a tin. I’m fascinated as to why my contextual reaction to this is based very much in the domestic sphere - it’s maybe due to the materials, the white wipe-clean surface trimmed with what reminds me of a strip of moulding, or the edge of a kitchen counter.
